Can you send SMS to an already existing client database?

No. We do not provide ready client databases. We provide system which lets you send information to your own client database.

Will text2reach use my company’s client database?

No. Your client database is your property, and we will not use it in any way. We guarantee 100% confidentiality and safety of your client database.

Is the receiver of SMS required to activate SMS reception service?

No. Your clients will receive our SMS irrespective of activating the reception of SMS from internet.

What name will show as the sender of SMS that my clients will receive?

The sender’s name can be your company’s name or any other name – for example, name of your company’s product or service of your choice.

What format of client database is required in order to send them SMS?

Our system offers three options – manually add phone numbers, import database from xls, csv, txt files or send SMS to your clients directly from your company’s CRM system.

When is the best time for sending informational SMS to clients?

In order to choose the best time, you should have profound knowledge of your target group, but you should keep in mind that you won’t make a mistake if you send your SMS on a weekday during office hours.

How long can the text of my SMS be, and is it possible to use macrons and palatalizations?

The length of one SMS is limited to 160 symbols including spaces and punctuation marks. If the text can not be shortened, you can send SMS with up to 459 characters. You can also use macrons and palatalizations but there are several reasons why we don’t recommend it.

How much does it cost to send SMS to client database?

SMS costs depend on the size of your database and the frequency of your usage of our SMS services.

Will I know if SMS was sent successfully, and how many of the recipients didn’t get it?

Yes, certainly. We offer to provide reports for each sending of SMS. This will let you to remove from the database those contacts who don’t receive your SMS. The report will also let you make accurate calculations about actual return and results from sending SMS.  

What determines the prices of premium rate SMS?

You can define these prices yourself. It can be any amount in range from Ls 0,10 to Ls 5,00.

I want to use premium rate calls for my marketing activities. Can I record my own answer to the calls?

Yes, it’s possible. You just have to choose text that you want played back to your clients as an answer or thanks for participating in lottery or voting.

I want to introduce bank payment/transaction option in my web page. Can you provide programming for it?

No, we usually only provide the service itself, and your web page provider/programmer should make all technical additions. We’ll cooperate and work with you web page programmer to set up all necessary changes to activate this service. If your web page doesn’t have such tech support, we can recommend trusted companies and technicians that we, ourselves, work with.

What do I do if I have problems or don’t understand how to use some of your services?

You should definitely contact text2reach project managers. Our project managers want you to always reach the best results; therefore they’ll always be only one e-mail or phone call away, and ready to help you.

At the moment, I use only SMS sending service. Is it complicated to add other services?

No, it’s not complicated at all. We can easily add new services for your company. We’ll help you to determine economically most advantageous and effective solution, best suited especially for your company.
